2012 ODP Boys Winter Interregional All-Stars Selected

Bradenton, Fla. (Dec. 17, 2012) — The annual US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Boys Winter Interregional concluded Sunday at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. The three-day event featured boys from the 1997 age group.
The players who were chosen as top performers in each group can be found below*.

D: Brennan Ireland (Region I)
D: Aaron Kleinert (Region III)
D: McKay Eves (Region IV)
M: Daniel Acosta (Region IV)
M: Abreham Kittel (Region I)
M: Jared Timmer (Region II)

F: Erik Reiss (Region I)
F: Michael Swift (Region III)

*GK= Goalkeeper, D= Defender, M= Midfielder, F= Forward
Continuing its tradition of elite competition and player development, youth from the nation's top player identification program, US Youth Soccer ODP, will train and compete in front of national staff and collegiate coaches to maximize their exposure for selection to the next level of play. The 2012 US Youth Soccer ODP Boys Winter Interregional included players primarily in the 2014-2016 graduation classes.
US Youth Soccer ODP, the nation's original player identification program, has continued its tradition of elite competition and player development for more than 30 years, and is the only development program that can claim members of Major League Soccer and the Men’s and Women’s National Teams.
