FRISCO, Texas (Jan. 13, 2014) — US Youth Soccer is offering a live broadcast of the 2014 US Youth Soccer Awards Gala on Friday, Jan. 17 at 7:30 p.m. ET from Philadelphia. The live stream on USYouthSoccer.org will allow all members of the organization unable to attend the event to follow along with the ceremony, as we honor the individuals who have made the past year of US Youth Soccer a great success.

The Gala is a highlight of the US Youth Soccer Workshop at the NSCAA Convention, which is being held Jan. 15-19 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

Hilary Kennedy, host of The US Youth Soccer Show, will act as master of ceremonies at the Gala as the national winners are announced for US Youth Soccer’s annual awards — Boys and Girls Recreation and Competitive Coaches of the Year, Administrator of the Year, Male and Female Young Referees of the Year, Goal and Save of the Year, TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. The recipient of the Dr. Thomas Fleck Award and the latest class of inductees into the US Youth Soccer Hall of Fame will also be honored for their lifetime of service and promotion of the game.

The Gala is scheduled to run through 10 p.m. and will be shown in its entirety with a break for dinner. The national award winners will be announced live on Twitter, @USYouthSoccer.
