This year's AGM will take place July 26, 2008 in Little Rock, AR at The Peabody Hotel. The meeting is being held in conjunction with the US Youth Soccer National Championships. This document contains information regarding registration, hotel accommodations, transportation, and meeting details.

 

There is no registration fee, so no pre-registration is required. You will be receiving at a later date a memo from Peggy Gawronski, Credentials Chair, outlining the credentials process, as well as a delegate and alternate attendance form and a proxy form.

Please contact the hotel directly at (800) PEABODY to reserve your room, and ask for the US Youth Soccer AGM rate. Group rates are offered on a space available basis until July 2, 2008. Reservations requested after this date may be available only at standard hotel rates. All reservations must be accompanied by a one night's deposit.

There is a complimentary hotel shuttle available to and from the airport to the hotel. However, advance reservations must be made. You may make advanced reservations by contacting the Guest Services Department at 501-906-4000. Taxis are also readily available. The average taxi rate one way is $20.
