Yesterday's UEFA Champions League games saw plenty of blow-out scorelines, including this 7-1 win for Bayern Munich over Roma.



CONCACAF Champions League


DC United advance with a win over Tauro FC while Portland fell 3-1 and are out of the tournament.



MLS set to break attendance record


Major League Soccer is set to break its record for average attendance set in 2012. With one week left in the 2014 regular season, MLS is averaging 19,039 fans a game, marking the first time it has topped the 19,000-a-game mark. Read more here.



USMNT vs Colombia?



The Colombian Football Federation announced Tuesday that the World Cup quarterfinalist Cafeteros will take on the U.S. Men’s National Team in a friendly at Craven Cottage on Nov. 14. Read more here.

Rogerio Ceni, the 41-year-old goalkeeper who is Sao Paulo's 11th all-time leading scorer, struck for the 123rd time -- with a free kick that helped down Bahia.  



Battle for Supporters Shield



The LA Galaxy looked to be coasting to victory in the first of its home-and-home series to decide the 2014 Supporters' Shield when the Seattle Sounders struck for two goals in three minutes to earn a deserved 2-2 tie that spoiled Landon Donovan's farewell regular-season match at StubHub Center.
