FC Dallas beats Vancouver

 

The MLS Cup Playoffs, presented by AT&T, kicked off in dramatic fashion on Wednesday night as FC Dallas scored a penalty kick goal with six minutes remaining to knock off the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 2-1 in the Western Conference Knockout Round at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Less than two minutes after kickoff in this Kenyan Premier League game, Gor Mahia went up, 1-0, against Sofapaka. That it came courtesy of a superb own goal from Sofapaka's Eugene Asike didn't prevent Gor Mahia's players from dancing as if they'd hit the net themselves.
