Overview

As the largest youth sports organization in the country, US Youth Soccer has an online coaching education platform to enhance the experience and opportunities of US Youth Soccer players, coaches and parents. US Youth Soccer has created an online education platform in partnership with Americaneagle.com.
 
The platform features read-at-your-own-pace pages, video and document downloads. Additional curriculum will be added as the platform expands to further meet the educational needs of all members of the youth soccer community.

Heads Up: Concussion in Sports Intro Course
This training will help you with a basic understanding of concussion.  Simply go online and take the self-guided training. Once you complete the training and quiz, you can print out a certificate, making it easy to show your league or school that you have completed this intro course offered by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) and US Youth Soccer.

Parents Guide and Introduction to Youth Soccer
The guide is designed to assist parents new to the game of soccer in growing the spirit without limiting the child.
 
U6-U8 Youth Coaching Module
The mission of this US Youth Soccer State Association Youth Course is to provide the most current and advanced information on growth and development of the youth soccer player. The youth soccer player is defined as any child from pre-school through adolescence. The course takes the approach that the "game withing each child" is at the center of all belief, decisions and actions taken by the child, coach and organization. It is the ultimate goal of youth soccer development within the United States to unlock the game within children to reach their full soccer potential.

This course is conducted with your US Youth Soccer State Association and has an online section and an on-field event. Both must be completed in order to fulfill the course requirements. If you have any questions about this course, please contact your State Association. 

If you do not see your State Association offering the course, please reach out to them about upcoming dates and offerings.
 
U10-U12 Youth Coaching Module
The U10-U12 course takes the successful U6-U8 course and adapts it for coaches with older players
