Director of Business Operations and Development | Dakota Alliance Soccer Club
The Dakota Alliance Soccer Club is, a non-profit, 501(c)(3) soccer club serving the City of Sioux Falls, and surrounding communities in South Dakota. Dakota Alliance has continued to experience consistent growth and development of its players, teams, programs and facilities.
To build upon this upward trend, DASC’s Board of Directors is excited to announce the creation of a new, full-time managerial position, the Director of Business Operations and Development, to better serve the club’s membership. Working in tandem with the club’s current full-time Director of Coaching, the Director of Business Operations and Development will report directly to DASC’s volunteer Board of Directors and be responsible for club operations, strategic planning, budgeting, human resources, fundraising, and the “customer experience.”
Knowledge of soccer curriculum or coach/player development, which is and will remain the responsibility of the current Director of Coaching, is not required. A review of qualified candidates will begin immediately and conclude when the position has been filled.
