WA Youth Soccer's Soccer for Success program, the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s innovative youth development program that uses soccer as a tool to combat childhood obesity and promote healthy lifestyles for children in low-income urban communities, wrapped up its 2014-2015 season with an inter-school tournament at Brannan Park in Auburn on Saturday, May 30.

The Soccer for Success program provides each school three 90 minute after-school sessions for two twelve-week seasons.  Through the Social Innovation Fund and U.S. Soccer Foundation, Washington Youth Soccer provides this after-school program to 11 elementary schools throughout Highline, Tukwila, Kent and Auburn School Districts.
