Internship Opportunity
Accounting/Business Management Department
This internship with Indiana Soccer will be in the general accounting services department; more specifically, the tasks will include developing dashboard reports for the executive director and board of directors to assist in quantifying current and past results and aiding in the development of the association’s future direction.
Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm; however, some of the duties of this assignment can be completed out of the office. 
• Must have access to transportation to and from the office
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in Sage 50 [formally Peachtree] is a plus
• Must be creative, and innovative
• Must demonstrate attention to detail
• Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide
  written reports as needed

Accepted PR, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Advertising, Telecommunication or related career interns have a great opportunity to be involved in a sport environment working with a unique group of professionals and sociable individuals whose goal is to promote the game of soccer across the state of Indiana through different initiatives.  This team member is excited to be involved in the organization’s initiatives related to the fields described above.  This person is willing to contribute to maintain and / or develop new projects that can contribute in the promotion of soccer and development of players in the state of Indiana.  
The Indiana Soccer team member is excited about the organization and shares his/her love for soccer and the Indiana Soccer brand. The most important part of the Indiana Soccer team members’ job is to transform a consumer into an Indiana Soccer Endorser by engaging them to the organization through the different strategies and tactics created in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Communication. 
Office hours will be completed in the Indiana Soccer headquarters located in Indianapolis, Indiana between 9 am and 5 pm; however, much of the intern duties can be completed out of the office. 

On-site hours may be required.  They will be completed on location at various pre-determined spots in Indianapolis and its surroundings during various hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. The goal of your time spent on location will be to market the organization, educate our membership and drive potential players to current club members.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.  Graphic design programs knowledge is a plus

• Must be a quick learner
• Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide
  written reports as needed
• Intermediate level of Spanish language is a plus!
