The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Dealing With Injury:

One of the most difficult aspects to any sport is dealing with injury. While many injuries prove to be minor, the more serious ones may not only jeopardize a player’s ability to fully recover, but also impacts the mentality of the individual themself.
 
U-16 player Christine Bierman tore her ACL requiring numerous reconstructive surgeries and years of agony from not playing the sport nearest to her heart. She shares with us her personal account of how she copes with the stresses of injury and her ultimate goal of being able to play again.
