The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Happy New Year! Indiana Soccer Association would like to thank all of those who contributed to the initial success of the Indiana Soccer specialty license plate campaign in 2012. The Indiana Soccer membership purchased six hundred seventy two (672) plates as of the end of 2012.   The inaugural year was a great start and exceeded the first year goal of 500 plates.  Indiana Soccer would like to have more cars displaying the Indiana Soccer plate than the other specialty plates. May we encourage those that missed getting their soccer specialty plate this year, to seriously consider getting your Indiana Soccer license plate in 2013. Your support and participation is very much appreciated.
Indiana Soccer is starting its new promotional campaign. For more information about the license plate, please click on the following link: INDIANA SOCCER SPECIALTY PLATE. You will find details about the way Indiana Soccer will be utilizing the funds generated from your support.
For the month of February, members with last names beginning with the following letters will have a chance to secure the Indiana Soccer specialty plate as they renew their license plate:
There are multiple options for car or motorcycle owners to participate. See below:
Specialty Plate:  The “Specialty Plate” can be purchased for $40 dollars, $25 of which will be directed to Indiana Soccer.
Low Digit Plate [#10 through #100 is available on a first come, first serve basis]:
  A “low digit Plate” can be secured for an additional $30/Plate.  The $30 dollars is a one-time charge that stays with the BMV.   
If you are interested in securing a low digit plate, please contact Paco Espinosa at Paco is serving as the gate keeper for the available low digit numbers.  The BMV requires that you produce a signed, low-digit release form from Indiana Soccer in order to complete your request for a low-digit plate.  Below are the low digit numbers currently available:  
19, 29, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 67, 68, 71, 72, 73, 74, 76, 79, 82, 84, 85, 89, 92, 93 and 97. 
Note: If the number you requested is available, Indiana Soccer will send you a signed release authorizing you to use the low digit number.  Once you receive the authorized form, the form should be presented to your local BMV branch, thus allowing BMV to produce your specialty/low digit plate.
When contacting Paco Espinosa, Director of Marketing & Communication of Indiana Soccer, please send him the following information for the owner of the car being licensed:
·        First Name
·        Last Name
·        Middle Initial
·        Company Name (if the vehicle belongs to a company)
·        Prefix - “GK” [which is restricted to automobiles] or “PK” [which is restricted to
        ·        Requested Plate number [from #10 to #100]
Personalized Plate: Should you desire to purchase a personalized, Indiana Soccer specialty plate, the BMV makes those available for $88 dollars.  $25 dollars of the $88 will go to support Indiana Soccer’s outreach/education programs.
