The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

NON-ROSTERED GUEST PLAYER INSTRUCTIONS

FOR 2018-2019 NRGP, CLICK HERE

Players that are not yet rostered to a travel team during the current seasonal year have the opportunity to register as a Non-Rostered Guest Player.  "NRGP" registration will provide an MSYSA-approved US Youth Soccer Member Pass which allows playing as a guest for a travel team in tournaments. The NRGP Member Pass cannot be used for league play; it is only valid for play in tournaments that are sanctioned by a US Youth Soccer member (i.e., a US Youth Soccer State Association).

NRGP's can play as guests for teams rostered under Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) or with teams rostered under any other US Youth Soccer State Association (requires permission from both State Associations). Players already rostered to a travel team are not eligible to register as an NRGP; however, they are still allowed to be guest players, using the approved US Youth Soccer Member Pass from their team.

Registration with MSYSA as an NRGP is accomplished using the link to the on line registration system provided at the bottom of this page.

During the NRGP registration process, you will need to upload two files after all player information has been entered. Please have both files available on your computer for upload prior to starting the registration because you will not be able to return to the process after ending the session.

  • A player photo in JPG format. Please see the guidelines for Digital Photos on the MSYSA web site. From www.msysa.org, select Registration from the left menu; on the resulting screen, select the document “Digital Photo Guidelines.”
  • An acceptable Proof of Age (POA) document. Please see the list of POA documents on the MSYSA web site. From www.msysa.org, select Forms & Documents from the left menu, then select “Acceptable Proofs of Age” from the document list.

Within three days after the tournament, the NRGP Registration Form and the US Youth Soccer card must be turned in to the MSYSA Registrar that processed the registration.
