US Youth Soccer announces the All-Star Teams from the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Boys Super Group 1993 and 1994 Winter Interregional at Disney Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Fla. Dec. 27-30, 2009. The 18-man roster for the 1993 and 1994 All-Star Teams were selected based on their outstanding performance during the annual interregional event.
The event brings together the four US Youth Soccer ODP Boys Regional Teams in the Under-15 and Under-16 age groups for competition and player development. The event also creates an excellent opportunity for the nation's top colleges to preview the future of their respective programs. Games were held in conjunction with the Disney Soccer Showcase, also held at Disney Wide World of Sports.
U.S. Soccer recently announced the class of players to enter the spring 2010 residency program at the IMG Academies in Bradenton, Fla. Eight participants from this year's 1994 Winter Interregional were selected to the spring residency roster, including five named to the All-Star Team.
