Continuing its tradition of elite play and competition, youth from the nation's premier player identification and development program, US Youth Soccer ODP, trained and competed in front of U.S. National Team staff, professional and collegiate coaches to maximize their exposure for selection to the next level of play.

Region III finished an undefeated 2-0-1 weekend with a 2-0
win over Region I, who finished with a win and two losses. Johnny Nartowicz (Florida Rush) scored his second goal of the weekend for the eventual game winner in the 27th
minute, bending a direct free kick over the wall and just out of reach of the keeper from 23 yards away. Mario Da Silva (Parkland Predators, FL) also scored his second goal of the weekend just four minutes later to seal the game for Region III.
Region II also completed the weekend unbeaten with a 2-0-1 record after a 1-0
victory, handing Region IV their third loss. Sidney Otiendo (Higher Ground Academy, MN) struck for the lone goal of the game in the 55th
for the Midwesterners.
