The US Youth Soccer Technical Department, in cooperation with the Coaching and Recreational Committees, created the Positive Parenting DVD, a 'view from the sidelines'.  The department developed a teaching tool designed for administrators, coaches, parents and anyone who cares about children to assist them in providing a positive learning atmosphere for our children.
