Regional qualifiers, known as US Youth Soccer Regional Presidents Cup events, determine the teams competing in the President Cup Finals, July 17-18, 2009 in Raleigh, N.C., at the WRAL Soccer Complex and feature boys and girls teams in the Under-14 through Under-17 age groups.
