US Youth Soccer has produced the first in a new series of coaching education DVDs, The Novice Coach: An Introduction to Coaching Youth Soccer. Based on the principles of the National Youth License, this DVD provides coaches of all abilities a positive view on how to instruct young players.

The Novice Coach features over 45 minutes of actual practice footage with specific steps to organizing and conduct training sessions for Under-6, 8 and 10 boys and girls. A downloadable companion book is also included to get you started.
