Ten top ranked teams in action, intrastate rivalries and conference clashes and an MLS Eastern Conference showdown combined to draw more than 30,000 spectators for the final weekend of Youth Soccer Month.

The top-ranked Notre Dame Lady Irish led seven top 25 women’s programs in action over the weekend, cruising past University of Wisconsin – Green Bay 4-0, for their tenth consecutive win and 30th victory in their last 32 matches. Meanwhile, third ranked University of Washington defeated perennial power and currently fifth ranked University of Portland 2-0 on the Pilot’s home turf. Intrastate bragging rights were won by 14th ranked Texas A&M who stopped the Texas Tech Red Raiders 3-0, and University of Utah Lady Utes who slid past Utah State 1-0.
