It is important for youth coaches to set a positive tone during games and practices. Think of a variety of ways to encourage and support your young team. Also, check out US Youth Soccer's new Positive Parenting DVD that provides a 'view from the sidelines' in an effort to create a positive learning environment for those involved in the lives of young soccer players.
