Coaches must be able to know the following things before the begin coaching.  They must know the principles of soccer, and how to interpret them to the players.  Secondly, they must know the proper tools that will benefit to players in the best way.  And lastly, coaches must be able to guide players to keep focus and not looked rehearsed while playing soccer.  Gary R. Allen, VYSA Director of Coaching Educations, explains these steps thoroughly while using real examples with diagrams to follow along with.
