The US Youth Soccer Show's second episode of the season premiers Friday, May 9 at 2 p.m. Eastern.
 
The monthly program, on Fox Soccer Channel, brings viewers in-depth with US Youth Soccer events, players, coaches and more. Each program typically features a Skills School (tips for players), Coaches Connection (tips and activities for coaches), a team or player feature, interviews with US Youth Soccer alumni on the national team or in the professional ranks and features on US Youth Soccer's various programs and events.
 
This month's show features:
 
National League
The inaugural US Youth Soccer National League provides a higher level of play for Under-15 and Under-16 Boys and Girls clubs. Take a closer look at the action from the US Youth Soccer National League event in Dallas, Texas. 
 
Recovery
Learn about the recovery process one girl pushed through after tearing her ACL to come back and win the adidas Golden Boot the following year at US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program National Championships.

Skills School
Improving your soccer skills can make the game more fun and this month we're bringing two Skills School segments to you. If you can't wait for the show, pickup the new Skills School DVD available now on USYouthSoccer.org.
 
Trick Off
Stalling and juggling, most soccer fanatics play around with these in their backyard, but watch as Slammers FC players from California go head-to-head in a Trick Off at the US Youth Soccer National League.

Costa Rica
US Youth Soccer ODP Girls 1993 regional teams competed against Chile, Honduras, Trinidad and Tobago and Costa Rica in the Torneo Femenino Internacional in San Jose, Costa Rica. They learned not only a different style of soccer but also a different culture.
 
College Entrance Exam
Boy escaped the Democratic Republic of the Congo with his two brothers after facing war, loss of family members, and reunited with his father in Lexington, Kentucky. Now, he plays for the US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional League and has a bright future here in America.
