Creating diverse practice drills that challenge and actively involve each player is not always easy. This month, Sam Snow, Senior Assistant Technical Director for US Youth Soccer, offers up one of his favorite drills, 5v5 with Targets. The exercise makes possession directional, both sides have to transition with the plays and overall, it will improve the speed of play.
