Welcome to the first US Youth Soccer Quarterly Newsletter, designed to highlight many of the great things taking place within US Youth Soccer.
As you know, US Youth Soccer is the place for America's Best to play soccer and experience the fun, family, friendship and fitness that make soccer the lifetime sport of millions.
This fall some of the nation's finest players will compete in US Youth Soccer ODP and US Youth Soccer National League events.

US Youth Soccer ODP Thanksgiving Interregionals
Boys will be at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex (November 28-December 1) and features the 1994 and 1995 US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program Boys Regional Teams and the U.S. Under-14 National Team.
Girls will be at North Community Park and Coral Glades High School Sportsplex in Coral Springs, Fla. (November 22-28) and feature US Youth Soccer ODP Girls Regional Teams in the 1992 – 1994 age groups and the U.S. Under-16 National Team. Follow all of the action at USYouthSoccer.org.
US Youth Soccer National League
The US Youth Soccer National League, the organization's latest offering for players seeking to advance their college, professional and U.S. National Team aspirations, will kickoff play for the new season next month.
Top teams from US Youth Soccer Regional Leagues earn their way into the National League. In addition to meaningful matches, development and identification, the league creates a direct path to the annual US Youth Soccer National Championships.
League play features the Under-15 and Under-16 age groups for boys and girls and this year added the Under-17.
Annual Convention – US Youth Soccer adidas Workshop
San Jose, Calif. | March 5-7, 2009
This is the place for those involved in youth soccer to learn and grow in the game. Regardless if you are a coach, administrator or referee, the annual Workshop provides great educational sessions in the classroom and on the field, as well as a first-class exhibit hall featuring the latest in club soccer.
If you are a kid, don't miss the Kick Zone on Saturday with great games and prizes.
Finally, the annual US Youth Soccer Awards Gala is the crowning event for a great year in soccer and an event you don't want to miss. For more information about attending the Workshop, held in San Jose, Calif., March 5-7, 2009, go to Workshop.

Nominations are due by December 31, 2008. Online voting starts February 2, 2009 with winners announced at the US Youth Soccer Awards Gala on Friday, March 6.
