Scores and Standings [link]
DALLAS, Texas (Saturday, December 13, 2008) – With only one day of games left, the competitive nature of the US Youth Soccer National League was in full-swing today as teams worked to solidify their league standings.
There was an extra competitor on the field as the strong winds played a factor in all of today's games. Players were forced to work harder and prove their skills despite the wind. Every League game provides teams with top-notch competition, but today had added value as they learned to adjust to the elements that are out of their control.
"Today we played a really physical team, Coppa, the wind and conditions were very difficult today, but I think it was a fair result, 1:1," said 92 CASL Elite head coach Bruce Murray. "The kids really battled; the elements were really difficult today, but that's good because kids need to learn how to play in different conditions."
