Youth soccer coaches, many parts, predictable and unpredictable, encompass your soccer team(s) on a daily basis. Having a flawed checklist system, or not abiding by one at all in terms of pre-game, in-game and post-game may hamper your club's success. In this month's Coaching Education article, Vince Ganzberg, Indiana Youth Soccer Director of Education, compares checklists of a pilot to those of a soccer coach.
