The 1996 US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Girls Regional teams are in Costa Rica this week to compete in a round-robin style format against four first division women's teams from Costa Rican clubs Codea, San José, Arenal Coronado and Flores Heredia.
The trip to Costa Rica is one of the many benefits associated with the program, furthering the experiences of some of the nation's finest youth players while testing their talents in environments typically only found as a member of the national team.
