The Olympic Development Program Europe provides an in depth, 90 minute recuperation session that allows the players to get a lot of touches on the ball without working at a high pace.
The session is divided into three stages. The first stage is a warm up drill that focuses on one-touch skills. The drill also provides two variations. The second stage is the main part of the session where players are separated into three stations. Each station works to hone in on one specific skill. The final stage is a cool down exercise that involves light jogging and stretching.
