Series Brings Out ‘America’s Best’
US Youth Soccer National Championship Series to see Soccer America’s top clubs
US Youth Soccer National Championship Series State Championships have begun across the nation and ‘America’s Best’ youth soccer players from California to Maine are gearing up for their respective state championships for a chance to make a run at the National Championships this summer at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fl.

Soccer America, a leading soccer publication, released ‘America’s Best Youth Clubs’ this week to highlight the top 20 boys and girls’ youth soccer clubs in the country.  Look for these clubs to compete for the US Youth Soccer National Championships again this summer.  The National Championships brings out the best youth clubs in the nation, over 125,000 players, to crown the US Youth Soccer National Champion in six boys and girls divisions.

The common denominator for Soccer America’s top 20 was success at the US Youth Soccer National Championships, the number of players who went on to national and US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program regional teams last year and a survey of college coaches on the best clubs at developing and showcasing players.

The US Youth Soccer National Championship Series State Championship winners and select runners-up will qualify to be among the top boys and girls US Youth Soccer teams from each state to compete for one of four regional titles in six age groups at the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series Regional Championships this summer.

Regional winners of the Under-14 through Under-19 brackets earn a berth at the 2004 US Youth Soccer National Championships to be played July 20-25, in Lake Buena Vista, Fl. at the Disney Wide World of Sports Complex.

US Youth Soccer is non-profit and educational organization whose mission is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.  Established in 1974, the organization has grown to 3.2 million registered players and a network of coaches and volunteers exceeding 800,000.
