The online application for the US Youth Soccer Region I Premier, Colonial and Northeast League is now live. In order to complete the form, you must have a member account with USYouthSoccer.org. This member account is free to set-up and will allow you to update your application should changes be needed.
Steps to apply:
1. Login/Create member account
2. Complete the form, click submit and print
3. Sign 'Thank You' page and submit payment and copy of roster
