A highlight of the US Youth Soccer adidas Workshop is the US Youth Soccer Awards Gala. The Awards Gala will be held on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

Seeking to expand the recognition for those who give of their time and efforts to the organization by way of service, US Youth Soccer has added several new awards. At the gala, the first inductee to the US Youth Soccer Hall of Fame will be announced, also the Fleck Award for excellence in youth coaching education, the Competitive Coaches of the Year, the Recreational Coaches of the Year, the Administrator of the Year, the Volunteer of the Year, the Young Referees of the Year, The Goal of the Year and the Save of the Year.
