The Mid South Conference is one of 13 conferences that fall under the scope of the Leagues Program and operate at a multi-state level — providing high-level competition on a consistent basis at a targeted local level (Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee).
The Gulf Coast Division (GCD) is composed of member clubs that are located along the Gulf Coast states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Panhandle of Florida. The GCD is a second tier of the Mid South Conference that was developed to address the need for a competition format along the Gulf Coast with opportunities to earn qualifying positions into the Mid South Conference Premier I Division.
Premier I Division winners in the 13U-19U Boys and Girls age groups have the opportunity to advance to the Southern Regional Championships each year.
Meanwhile, Premier I Division teams in the 13U-18U Boys and Girls age groups — dependent on specified qualifying parameters for each gender age group — can potentially earn qualification into the National League for next season.
