Northeast Rush is currently looking for a Boys Director of Coaching to join our staff in Syracuse NY. Northeast Rush has clubs throughout NY, Conn & MA and is part of Rush Soccer, an worldwide soccer club formed in 2002 with over 34,000 youth players throughout the US and numerous international Rush teams throughout the Americas, Africa, and Asia.

Candidate Experience: We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience, 10 years player experience, a C level coaching license, and are ready to be part of something bigger. Our Boys Director must possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and be driven to distribute information effectively. A proven track record of program management and the ability to multi-task with experience growing membership along with successful player development is critical for this role. Regional ODP coaching, USSF National Youth license, USSF B license or NSCAA National Youth diploma a plus!
