The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. MAJOR OBJECTIVES:

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Administration

  • Oversee total administrative duties for recreational programming, including, but not limited to:
    • Create, implement and manage the registration process for all recreational programming through appropriate sports management systems.
    • Manage teams, including team formation and tournament registration.
  • Assist with the timely collection of fees and recording of payments for all recreational programs.
  • Oversee the placement and organization of the program coaches, including communication, background checks, management, and recruitment as necessary.

Communication

  • Develop, organize and communicate effectively in person and through email all information for the recreational programs including, but not limited to team assignments, coach placement, registration information, program information, recruitment emails, updates to members, and all ongoing communication to keep members informed of valuable information.
  • Ensure all information on the website is timely and accurate.

Operations

  • Secure and verify referees. Be the point of contact for referee assignors.
  • Procure and allocate fields and facilities.
  • Assist with the organization and management of Gates fields and the overall complex
  • Be a customer service presence on the fields on game days.

Customer Service

  • Implement superior customer service systems, including email, phone calls, messages, in-person, and walk-ins with a focus on friendly, fast, and quality communication.

Culture/Leadership

  • In concert with the Executive Director, the Director of Operations and Administration, and other leadership staff, establish, implement, evaluate, and provide leadership for the Colorado Rapid’s administrative mission for recreational programs, including, but not limited to coach and player recruitment and retention, marketing, effective communication, customer service, administration, and organization.
  • Creating and fostering positive internal and external working relationships.

MARKERS OF SUCCESS:

  • Consistency, Accuracy and Timeliness of Registration Process – Ensuring all registrations are created updates and accurate by the set due date;
  • Retention and Satisfaction – a successful soccer process should result in year over year improvement in retention across the South recreational program on an annual and longitudinal basis;
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service – Consistently improving scores on the end of season survey;
  • Consistency, Accuracy and Timeliness of Information – Ensuring all information, including the website, is accurate and updated in a timely manner
