TRAVEL SOCCER COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

We are searching for dynamic and qualified youth coaches to join our team!

ORGANIZATION

FC Richmond Youth Soccer Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was formed in 1985. We are a full-service soccer club with over 2500 players participating in various programs from Recreation, Competitive, Pro23, TST, and Camps/Clinics. FC Richmond provides opportunities for all players of all abilities and backgrounds and serves the Richmond and surrounding communities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES INCLUDE:

• Collegiate playing experience preferred

• USSF or USC Coaching License/s preferred

• Club coaching experience preferred

• Passion for the sport of soccer

• Enthusiastic and energetic

• Experience working with kids of all ages and skill levels

• Interest in personal growth through continued coaching education

• Will be required to pass state and national background checks

• Must have your own transportation

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Lead 2-3 weekly training sessions during the Fall/Spring seasons

• Game day preparation and team management at games/tournaments

• Complete player evaluations throughout the season

• Attend staff training, meetings, and have an interest in continued professional development. FC Richmond offers reimbursement for Coaching Education

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Additional opportunities through camps, clinics, training programs, etc. may be available depending on staffing needs.
