The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

How do you balance player development and winning?

I don’t think they are mutually exclusive. Winning, or having a good chance at winning, is an outcome of good player development. Let’s be clear up front – always try to win. There’s nothing wrong with winning. It’s winning at any cost that is a problem. When the outcome of a match is more important than young players having the chance to perform, then a coach must take a step back.
