US Youth Soccer will be hosting National Youth License Coaching Course FOR WOMEN ONLY in Frisco, Texas.  Applications will be accepted until the course is full.

DATES: December 6 to 10, 2016

TIMES: Begin at 5:30 P.M. on December 6.  Finish at 4:00 P.M. on December 10.

LOCATION:  Frisco, TX

COST: $500.00

COURSE PREREQUISITES: Candidates should be at least 18 years of age and hold at least the “E” license or have the approval of the State Director of Coaching. This course is open to women only.

REGISTRATION: The following materials must be received to reserve a spot:

1. Completed Course Application (application link)

2. A $200.00 non-refundable application fee or full tuition (make check payable to US Youth Soccer) or pay through online application.

a. If the $200 dollar option is used to pay online, the last $300 must be received via check by December 1, 2016.

3. Health Report and Release of Liability form (to be filled out within the online application)

FAQ

          What if I need to cancel my registration?

Please be advised that the $200 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. A late cancellation fee of $250 will be assessed to candidates who cancel less than three (3) weeks from the start of the course, regardless of circumstance. Any cancellations within seven (7) days from the start of the course or candidates who fail to attend, regardless of circumstance, will forfeit their entire course tuition.
