2022 Eastern Presidents Cup

Barboursville & Charleston, West Virginia

The 2022 US Youth Soccer Eastern Presidents Cup takes place June 17-21 at the Barboursville Soccer Complex in Barboursville, West Virginia. The event will feature boys and girls teams in the 13U through 19U age groups who will compete for a regional championship and a spot at the 2022 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup, July 7-10 in Greensboro, North Carolina. The 12U boys and girls teams will only compete for a regional championship at the 2022 Eastern Presidents Cup in Charleston, West Virginia.

US Youth Soccer Concussion Protocol: The US Youth Soccer Eastern Presidents Cup follows a concussion protocol.  Please be advised that after a player receives a completed US Youth Soccer Concussion Form due to displaying signs and symptoms of a concussion, that player may not return to play until a signed clearance form from a medical doctor or doctor of osteopath who specializes in concussion treatment and management has been received.

General Team and State Association Information

Mandatory Team check-in is required in the Eastern Region Presidents Cup; Teams must check-in at the venue Headquarters Tent at least one (1) hour before their first game. Please note: The Headquarters Tent is located at the venue where you are playing. Team credentials will be distributed at check-in. Each team must have a representative attend. Only one (1) adult Team Official need attend to complete this requirement. The Team Official will present the following documents to the East Region Presidents Cup Committee representatives:

1. Laminated player passes presented in alphabetical order, including coaches’ passes located behind the player passes.

2. Medical Release Forms signed by the parent or guardian of the child in concurrence with the laws of the State of Residence.

3. East Region Code of Conduct.
