2022 US Youth Soccer Far West Regional 12U Championships are heading to Arizona!
FRISCO, Texas (August 20, 2021) — US Youth Soccer (USYS) is proud to announce that the 2022 Far West Regional 12U Championship boys and girls teams are heading to Scottsdale, AZ. After successfully competing at the State Association level, teams from across the Far West Region will compete against their peers in the 12U age group at Scottsdale Sports Complex from June 15-19, 2022. This Regional Championship event will be held in conjunction with the 2022 Far West Presidents Cup, a separate event for 13-19U boys and girls being held at the Reach 11 Sports Complex.
“We are thrilled to bring the 2022 Far West Region 12U event to the Phoenix area,” said USYS CEO Skip Gilbert. “We wanted to support this community as they could not host our 2021 event due to the pandemic. The Copper State is known for its warm hospitality, outstanding sports history and high-quality athletic facilties and we are proud to renew our commitment to Arizona. The Scottsdale Sports Complex is an ideal locations for the 2022 Far West Region 12U event and will present a truly memorable experience for our teams and their guests.
