FRISCO, Texas (Feb. 20, 2024) – US Youth Soccer (USYS) is happy to share that its grant application for ‘The Game Format Project’ has been approved by U.S. Soccer as part of its Innovate to Grow initiative.
USYS worked extensively with U.S. Soccer on its game format review for the U5 and U6 age groups during its two initial phases. The review is now in Phase 3, where US Youth Soccer will recruit clubs to test the age group recommendations on a larger scale.
