FRISCO, Texas (May 21, 2024) – US Youth Soccer (USYS) was recently presented with the Award of Excellence by the Communicator Awards in the Documentary (General) category for its feature during last year’s National Championships event.
Overseen by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, the Communicator Awards honors work that transcends craft — work that made a lasting impact and provides an equal chance of winning to all entrants regardless of company or agency size and product budget. The Award of Excellence is the highest honor given by the Communicator Awards.
This honor marks the fourth award US Youth Soccer has received from the Communicator Awards since 2022.
“USYS is thrilled to have been recognized again by the Communicator Awards,” said Conor Runge, US Youth Soccer’s General Manager of Video and Content Production. “This award reflects not only the quality of the teams on the field and their year-long journey to get there, but also the many people behind the scenes that make the USYS National Championships the most prestigious competition in youth sports.”
