Welcome to the USYS club email template page! Below you will find critical information in the network content and content migration tabs that will help you answer the questions in the email template tab. The goal of this page is to prepare you and to make sure you send the email with your corresponding answers to your assigned Implementation Rep. This will help truly kickoff the project and the content migration phase.
Network Content
Some content on the site will come pre-populated with content from US Youth Soccer directly. This content is a requirement directly from US Youth Soccer and cannot be removed. This pre-populated content is as follows:

- USYS branding – logo in header and footer
- Space for Aggregated Content
However, through this process US Youth Soccer has provided additional content that your club can opt into adding to your site through the email template in the tab above. Feel free to check them out by clicking on each example from the mockup!
USYS Opt-In Content
Content Migration
Through the implementation process, our team has provided each club with 10 hours of content migration. This equates to 15 pages that our team will migrate from your old site to your new site. It is our recommendation for you to look through your site to determine what pages you want migrated over. In the past, there are pages/page types that work better for content migration and some that do not. For example,
Pages that should be included
- Programs
- Event/Tournament Registration
- About
- Staff Directory
- League/Division pages
Pages that should not be included
- Home page – your home page will be pre-populated with design blocks that were built with USYS’s input
- News page – if you create a page with /news in the URL it will make a pre-set design that you can fill in
- Team Page
Email Template
To start the content migration process, please copy the email template below into an email. Once the email template has been copied into an email, fill out the questions with as much detail as possible. If you can, please also change the answer text colors to a Red font color to best help our team locate your answers. Once you have filled out the email and all the information is correct, send it to your Implementation Rep and we will start the process!
