The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well.     Description: The Regional Referee Administrator (RRA) supports US Youth Soccer’s commitment to improving the overall officiating quality, operational standards and referee development initiatives within their assigned geographic location. The RRA is responsible for all officiating related operational aspects of US Youth Soccer events within their geographic location as well as the implementation of referee development programs to improve the overall standard of officiating at US Youth Soccer programming, as directed and overseen by the US Youth Soccer National Referee Administrator.
