WYSA / Valley Revolution TD
Description: The WYSA Technical Director will serve as a member of the Leadership Team (LT) along with the Executive Director (ED) and the Director of Coaching (DOC). The Technical Director is responsible for providing both technical and administrative support for the club’s competitive and recreational programs, including in the following areas: coach development and education; player development and evaluations; tryouts; training sessions and design; team formations; clinics and camps. The WYSA Technical Director will act as a spokesperson for WYSA at external meetings with Alaska Youth Soccer and United Anchorage Youth Soccer League. The WYSA Technical Director will report directly to the WYSA Board.

Description: This position will work closely with the SRC to create, organize, and facilitate Referee Courses. Courses would include those designed to onboard new officials and develop and deliver continued education to current officials. This individual will help to manage Referee communications and the Referee website. The position will also serve as an assignor to Tennessee State Soccer Association for State Cups and State League play in given areas.

Tournament Director
Description: The Tournament Director will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all soccer related events and will be expected to combine passion for and deep understanding of the on-field activities, with the know-how and experience to run the business side too. The successful candidate will take the lead on everything from the planning to the execution of our events, including our flagship annual tournament, which has been one of the fastest growing in the country as well our many soccer camps and special events we plan to put on across the United States and beyond. Expectations are that you will take these to the next level with creative ideas and exciting additions. The role will involve driving the logistics of organizing events, as well as the ability to deliver an all-encompassing commercial strategy, which takes in attracting sponsors, marketing, advertising and content.

Description: Montana Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) is seeking a Technical Director for a full-time, salaried position. The MYSA Technical Director (TD) has the primary task of the development and management of all events and programs related to the education and training of coaches and the technical development of players across the state. The Technical Director will also be actively involved in the operations of general MYSA events and programs, as well as serve as an ambassador for MYSA with its membership.

Traverse Bay Area Youth Soccer: Age Group Director U13-U15
Description: The U13-U15 Age Group Director position runs the day-to-day coaching operations for all club teams U13-U15. The position is responsible for ensuring U13-U15 coaching staff are creating learning opportunities for our players that 1) are consistent with our club’s vision and values, 2) are reflective of curricular and instructional best practices, and 3) advances the overall strategic plans of the club. The position oversees player development and works collaboratively with the person serving as the point for age-group technical programming to best promote player development for both boys and girls within that age range. The position is restricted from performing similar duties for other clubs or organizations without prior written approval from the Club President.
